Dan helped us find and purchase a piece of land in Cullowhee NC . Living in Florida made this a bit daunting but Dan took care of all due diligence and took time to go out to the lot each time someone had to be there, whether it was for the county permits or a survey he took care of it which made it very easy for us. He is always at the other end of a phone call and does what he says he will do. Will use him again in the future for any purchase or sale and he knows the area and market very well!
