Why Work With Dan Allen?

Dan is a true professional. He was great about keeping us posted on showings and feedback from those showings, and helped when we needed to have things done at the home by recommending a good handyman (it is a vacation home so we were not there much of the time.) When we received an offer, he was very professional and helped greatly with the negotiation process from beginning to end and all the way through the closing. I would highly recommend Dan Allen and would certainly work with again in the future should we decide to purchase another home.

Dan was very professional and knowledgeable in his search to find us a home or property. He was dependable and easy to talk with. He understood what we were wanting and found it. We enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to others.

I never write reviews online, but Dan Allen made me want to. In a nutshell, he's great; a real professional and an all-round good guy.

My husband and I were looking into houses in NC and Dan would drive us every weekend, in the rain, to show us properties. He'd never skip a house he thought we wouldn't be interested in. He was always considerate of the fact that I had two dogs. And his general demeanor is that of a man who you can trust and who is very, very good at his job.

We could not be more happy with our experience and Dan Allen is one of the reasons why.

I would give Dan 10 stars if I could! He could not have been more helpful and pleasant, and his service and willingness to help continues. He TRULY went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. He's incredibly knowledgable and dedicated to his work and doing the very best job possible for his client. I will not hesitate to use him again.

We had a very positive real estate experience than while working with Dan Allen. He is thorough, patient (extremely patient!!), bright, knowledgeable about the area, and it doesn't hurt that he has a dry sense of humor that diffuses the most frustrating aspects of a real estate search.

We have never worked with a realtor who has been more helpful before, during, and after the completion of a real estate transaction.

Dan was very professional and always responsive even when he was very busy. I would HIGHLY recommend him. Dan was very knowledgeable on a wide variety of subjects regarding many aspects of all of the homes he showed to us. He was able to understand exactly what our search criteria involved and was always a few steps ahead.

Dan's knowledge of the local real estate market and his friendly helpful attitude were major factors in helping us sell our house. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone attempting to sell their house.

Dan was very good to work with he always returned calls and took care of any problems I will list more properties with him. Dan also didn't hesitate to help out with contacts for work that needed to be done at the home.

Very efficient, no nonsense real estate agent who delivers as promised! Dan did a terrific job selling a lot quickly for us at the right price. We highly recommend him for his professionalism and integrity! Look forward to doing more work with him in the near future.

Knowledgeable, low key, listened, made the process seamless! Provided guidance in areas not directly related to the sale. Recommend Dan with no hesitation. Everyone should be so fortunate to have someone of this calibre working with them.
