Dan Allen

A member of the Silver Creek team since its beginnings, Dan has built a solid reputation as a skilled real estate professional and a consistent top producer. His dedication, knowledge of the area and market trends, and his strong work ethic make him the ideal broker choice for buyers and sellers alike to achieve their real estate goals. He possesses an innate understanding of what draws families to the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau — just as he was after many summertime visits with family as a child. In 1994, Dan was able to realize his lifelong dream when he set down roots on a mountaintop farm near Cashiers. Over the ensuing years he has been deeply involved in his community. As an advocate for animals and the environment, he previously served on the board of the Cashiers-Highlands Humane Society and the Jackson-Macon Conservation Alliance, and has supported the Highlands-Cashiers Land Trust, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and the Nature Conservancy, as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters and local law enforcement and first responder organizations. Always seeking new ways to better himself in the industry he loves, Dan is a member of the North Carolina Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and recently retired from serving on the Highlands-Cashiers Board of Realtors.
