Besides that, he's a nice guy too.  Although our purchase was small and the financial reward for Dan would be on the same level, he performed his duties as if we were spending a million bucks. We purchased a 1930s farmhouse in the North Carolina mountains from our home in Texas. Being nearly 90 years old this home had its own specific issues and there were many. Dan flowed through the process with ease. Keeping us fully aware of what was going on with each issue along the way. Dan arranged and personally took ownership with: he hired any required subcontractors and personally inspected their work, he managed all city, county, and state legalities and he dealt directly with our mortgage agent and lawyer when needed. We never felt insecure with Dan consistently keeping us (completely) informed as he worked diligently to resolve each issue. A few issues made us aware, at one point, that this might not be the right buy. Instead of trying to talk us into a deal, after many hours of work, he simply agreed. We began to look around some more. But! Dan kept at it until the issues were resolved, one by one and in our favor (chance? - I don't think so). We would and do highly recommend Dan Allen to anyone. 

Dan Allen was very easy to talk with, very knowledgeable. Dan spent a lot of time making sure we understood the process we were dealing with. Dan also led me through the computer work step by step, since I am new to the use of the computer. Dan called to give updates, all through the whole process.  Dan was very courteous, and talked my kind of talk. This means that he was able to talk comfortably on my level. Dan's rating is a ten all the way down the line. I have already referred Dan to others including my sister, and my daughter, whom are also relocating in the general area. Dan was very patient with us.
