Before listing the home, I spent several hours with Dan discussing the market, his marketing plan, and the comps in my area. I knew that my home was in good hands when all of the agents in the Silver Creek office attended the agent caravan. As it turns out, most of the showings were by agents in the Silver Creek office. Silver Creek's internet presence, the fabulous pictures, the virtual tour, the NC Living magazine, etc. are all far above other real estate offices in the area. In my opinion, the Silver Creek website is the best real estate website that I have used. When Dan and I discussed the original listing price, he agreed with my price of $650,000 (after reviewing other comparable solds and comparable listings in the area). As it turns out the home was sold by an agent in Dan's office at full listing price! I couldn't be happier. I have already recommended Dan Allen to other friends in the area.
